  • Social aspect: the participants will train the typical theme and "disco" dance styles.
  • Technical aspect: еeens will learn the basic techniques of body movements during the dance.
  • "Theatrical" aspect: during the preparation for the final event, where participants show their talents, they will have the opportunity to learn more about the process of preparation, rehearsals and staging of dance on stage.

The main objective of the basketball program is to prepare to basketball victory, through the development of fundamental skills: jumping, strength, speed, endurance, reaction speed and confidence. However, at the same time, the main objective of the course is to create a fun atmosphere in which each child will feel comfortable and happy.

Education involves not only the development of sports skills, but the personal qualities of the participants. The ratio of trainers to participants is 1:10. Brain Foods: What to Eat to Improve Memory and Concentration

f:id:valeriewells:20160826212813j:plain

What we eat and drink has a direct relation to our well-being, both psychological and physical. More and more studies have reached the conclusion that some foods may improve the condition of our memory and boost our energy level and concentration. As you know, the brain controls all major functions of human body and in order to ensure its smooth operation our brain needs adequate supplies of nutrients.

24Writer.com is a writing service that assists students with their writing tasks. As it is stated on their website, this company accounts for more than 2,500 writers with 50+ different degrees.

Eat balanced meals

The most important nourishment for our brain is glucose. In order to keep the constant supply of glucose, you should have frequent balanced meals consisting of high carbohydrate foods. They are vegetables, fruits, juices, beans, whole grains (crackers, bread), nuts, yogurt, pasta, rice. Sugar in moderate portions also helps to improve memory, as it supplies your brain with glucose.

Breakfast is the main meal of the day and recent research has shown that it promotes good mental performance. Lunch and dinner are also important meals for energy, but snacks in between should not be skipped, as they maintain a normal blood glucose level.

Avoid deprivation diets

Strict diets have many negative consequences, such as weakness, bad mood, lack of concentration and memory loss. When you follow a diet that is not balanced, your body doesn’t get enough vitamins and glucose and cannot function properly. This is one more reason to abandon the diets that lead to dangerous deprivation.

Drink water throughout the day

Proper hydration on a daily basis is crucial for our brain. Actually, you can hydrate your body with any drink you like, be it water, tea, coffee, juices or soft drinks. You can also maintain the water balance with fruits and vegetables, as they consists 70-80 percent of water.

Take vitamins

Vitamins C and E protect brain cells from age damage and improve memory as well. Olive oil and seed oils contains vitamin E. Foods like citrus fruits, carrot, blackberries and strawberries and kiwi are rich in vitamin C.

B-group vitamins help to maintain the balance in the nervous system. These vitamins are found in dairy products, whole grains, nuts, green leafy vegetables and legumes.

Eat fatty fish

Foods rich in saturated fat cause the cardiovascular problems and have a negative effect on intellectual performance. So, instead of eating red meat and products made of it (i.e. sausages), consume oily fish (salmon, tuna and trout). The latter is a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, which have been shown to strengthen brain cells and boost memory.

Monitor your blood iron levels

Iron plays an important role in the body functioning. If its levels are low (especially when it reaches the point of anemia), our cognitive functions, the ability to concentrate and memory are reduced. Add iron-rich foods to your diet, such as liver, fortified cereal, pumpkin seeds and beans.

Enjoy chocolate

Studies have shown that consuming of chocolate enhances the production of endorphins that are known for improving our mood and stimulating memory. But be careful, as chocolate is a calorie food and if not eaten in moderation, it can lead to can lead to overweight.

Accommodation while travelling

f:id:valeriewells:20160826212435j:plain

Question about the organization of traveling and accommodation is very serious. This paper contains all the necessary information about accommodation options in Europe and how to booking via the Internet. We will tell you how to choose the best option "price-quality." You'll learn that in addition to accommodation, you can give yourself a merry company and a free guide to the unfamiliar city. How? Read about the network of hospitality. And in the end, you can clearly see the "stay Booking confirmation" and find out why it is needed.

Of the agency’s recent idea, its assistant manager Max L. said, “More and more students come to our service with their ‘write my essay’ requests of different types and levels of complexity every day.

There are quite a lot accommodation options in Europe, "for every taste and budget", namely:

  • Hotel
  • Apartments
  • Hostel or dormitory
  • CouchSerfing

Hotel is one of the most common types of residence abroad. Hotels in Europe, there are several species, the prices depend on the list of services, some of which are included in the price, but for some services will have to pay separately.

Types of hotels on the principle of supply:

  • FB (full board) - Full board: three meals a day
  • HB (half board) - half board: two meals
  • B & B (bed & breakfast) - B & B
  • OB (only bed) - only the bed

Benefits of hotels:

  • Security and confidence. You can always check the official documents that allow providing hotel service. In case of problems the administration of the hotel or the inspection bodies may be connected.
  • Convenient search options. Many sites, thanks to which you can select, compare and book a room you like.

Corns of hotels:

  • High price. If you want to live close to the city center and to the comfort of your requirements - the average level or above, you will have to fork out for a double room.
  • Accurate time of arrival (after 14:00) and departure (before 12:00). Uncomfortable, if you arrive in the morning, you have to wait until 14:00 with things, and then taking out a room, take the long-awaited shower. Similar inconveniences during the eviction at the scheduled time.
  • Lack of kitchen. You wandered around the city, tired ... came late in the room ... it would seem "hot tea will save the situation," a restaurant in the hotel is closed. In addition, the availability of food is essential if you have a "power mode" (a variety of restrictions on health food, diet).

The second way to stay in Europe - apartments for rent. This may be an apartment, private house, villa, and suite. Rent apartments direct from owners or through real estate rental agency.

Hostel is European accommodation system, similar to the hostel. Available bed in a room for 2, 3, 5, 8 and up to 20 people. Facilities may be in the room or on the floor. In addition to the bed is a Locker for storage of personal belongings. Also in the price of a berth can include breakfast - toast, juice, cereal, tea, coffee. Kitchen with shared refrigerator is represented in almost every hostel. Rooms are divided into male and female, can be found mixed.

Hospitality network, as an accommodation option, is very popular among tourists in Europe. The main idea of this stay is that hospitable people give the room, the kitchen or the couch for tourists in exchange for company, sometimes for a nominal fee. This service is now becoming popular outside Europe.
